When Burger King Meets Taco Bell

Some things just shouldn’t be altered. Taco Bell does great with cheap Mexican fast food like a burrito. Here comes Burger King who has taken their Whopper and chopped it into itty bitty pieces and wrapped it in a tortilla dubbed the Whopperito. It is available nationwide for $2.99. We just have to ask, WHY?

 

The 5-second Rule Declared A Myth

The “rule” says when food hits the floor and is retrieved in less than 5 seconds it is still safe to eat. The Daily Meal has revealed through scientific studies that food touching the floor can be contaminated in less than 5-seconds with salmonella, E. coli and other sickness-inducing bacteria. Were you a believer in the 5-second rule until now?

 

Uber To Launch Self-Driving Cars in Pittsburgh

We told you this was coming Pittsburgh!  Now, it has arrived. This month Uber has launched the milestone technology as promised. Teaming up with Volvo who plans to provide 100 self-driving vehicles by the end of the year. Uber has successfully eliminated those pesky humans that suck up payroll and provide personalized human touches with passengers.

 

Which is Healthier – Pizza or Salad

You may have thought it was a salad but if you order a Wendy’s Spicy Chicken Caesar Salad you are consuming 720 calories and 23 grams of fat. The McDonald’s Chicken and Bacon Wrap has 600 calories and 33 grams of fat. Meanwhile, on average, two average slices of pizza contain 597 calories and 23 grams of fat.  Pizza, healthier and better tasting.
