What You Can Expect From Chosen Payments in 2017

Welcome to another year.  As we begin a new year, we offer this refresher on some of the things you can expect from us.  As Your Partner In Success, it is our goal to be much more than your credit card processor.  We don’t simply process credit cards.  We help you in many other ways.  From the financial support we offer to industry associations to assistance with fighting a chargeback, marketing your company, providing merchant education and rolling up our sleeves to play ball, we are dedicated to the success and growth of your company in 2017.

Here is a summary of things you should know about us and things you should watch for from us:

Chosen Payments Newsletter –

On or about the 10th day of each month, you can expect Chosen Payments to send you a newsletter.  This informative email newsletter has a message from our CEO, merchant education, a spotlight report on a Chosen Payments associate as well as one of our merchants such as yourself.  It informs you of where we have been in the last month and where we are going in the future months.

Chosen Payments Blog –

Every Wednesday you can come right here to our blog and learn informative information about operating a business in today’s competitive world.  We will include information related to credit card processing as well as operational tips on marketing, using social media, HR laws and other tidbits of useful business information.

Friday Fun Facts –

Every Friday, you will find Friday Fun Facts on our Facebook page.  We publish three or four whimsical facts every Friday that are designed to help you start your weekend with a smile.

Association Education –

From Las Vegas to Miami and everywhere in between, you can expect to see us on the road providing educational sessions on fraud prevention, chargebacks, getting the lowest processing rates and all things related to credit card processing.

Association Support –

Throughout the year, we issue rebate checks to associations from profits earned processing association member credit cards.  We share the wealth with our associations to help support their goals and missions.  If you belong to an association, let us provide a proposal that will be win-win for the association, its members and Chosen Payments.

Trade Show Participation –

You can expect to find us at a variety of different trade shows this year supporting the industries we serve.  We will be at jewelry shows, chiropractor shows, housewares, ground transportation and funeral shows all over the country.  We look forward to seeing you there and spending face time with you.

Chargeback Assistance –

In the event you receive a chargeback notice, give us a call and we will walk you through a response that could improve your chance of winning your money back.  Did you know that more than 1/3 of all chargebacks are won by merchants?  We will do our best to help you prevail.

Charity Support –

We are a giving group.  From our employees who are involved in numerous charitable events to the discounts we give to charities processing their credit cards through us, we will roll up our sleeves to help your favorite charity succeed in their fundraising efforts.  We regularly make donations to organizations who process with us.  If you are involved in fundraising, see how we can help your organization keep more money for the cause rather than paying high processing fees to Square or PayPal.

For those of you in the ground transportation industry, you can safely and confidently use our FREE affiliate portal to quickly locate another ground transportation in virtually any state or city in the nation.  We know finding someone to serve your client in another city is a challenge.  We spent thousands of dollars developing a system that helps speed the process so you can be more efficient with your time.
